For Foreign Applicants

Guideline

1. Radio lab always welcome highly motivated and skillful foreign students on radio propagation and wireless communications who can manage the tuition with his own expenses or some scholarships.
2. Receiving the Japanese government scholarship (MEXT scholarship) is the best way but it is very much competitive. Please find the web site (link) about the entrance schedule and scholarship application.
3. Research student (6-12 months): Most international applicants use this option during the preparatory phase for the graduate school entrance examinations.
   

Japanese Government (MEXT) Scholarship

1. Embassy or Niigata University Recommended option is available. However, it should be noted that an exchange student agreement between your home university and Niigata University is required for Niigata University Recommended option.
